These string wound cartridge are a cost-effective filtration solution ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With its true depth filtration, high dirt holding capacity, and extremely low media migration makes the 3 micron sediment filter a great solution for the reduction of sand, silt, rust, dirt, and scale particles. This filter provides longer cartridge life without altering the efficiency of the filter element. Tests have shown that our Dual Wound Sediment Filter has resulted in 3 times the normal filter life with equal or superior efficiency over single micron rated elements.
